Tim Barzal

Tim Barzal graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.  After graduating, Barzal began his real estate career working as Projects Manager for a large multi-family syndication and management company in San Diego.

From underwriting and analyzing potential new acquisitions, to operations analysis, multi-million dollar financing, and high level property management and compliance, and with nearly 5,000 units under management at his former company, Barzal was able to gain invaluable experience in syndication and property management during his first five years in the industry.

Since starting Barzal & Scotti Real Estate Corporation, Barzal has been able to demonstrate his abilities by orchestrating the acquisition and operations of several multi-family buildings and providing a successful investment vehicle for their investors.

Louis Scotti

Louis Scotti is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate and is a candidate for the Certified Financial Planner designation.

After graduating, Scotti went on to build a successful business in residential real estate sales at Century 21 Award from 2002 to 2006, ranking in the top 1% of Century 21 real estate sales worldwide with over $40 million in sales and over 100 transactions.  During his time at Century 21 Award, Scotti also earned a real estate brokers’ license.

Since starting Barzal & Scotti Real Estate Corporation, Scotti has expanded his real estate expertise into the multi-family sector and has played a vital roll in the acquisitions, operations, and success of the corporation.  He has also increased his community involvement through becoming a member of Rotary International.
